Encouraging steps by participating member states towards the entry into force of the UPC Agreement

Bulgaria has now ratified the UPC Agreement and the Netherlands have “accepted” the UPCA:

Bulgaria deposited its instrument of ratification on 03rd June 2016 and became the tenth country to have ratified the UPC Agreement. The Delta Patent blog also notes that the Dutch parliament has accepted the UPC Agreement in July, and can therefore proceed to deposit the instrument of ratification.
